"So many choices"

Wilda and I really enjoy our freshly ground Columbian Supreme coffee by Millstone every morning. We have tried instant coffee and we have tried ground coffee, but nothing compares to freshly ground coffee in the morning.

We also enjoy the opportunity to stop in at Starbucks or Barnies Coffee Shop. I'm always amazed at how many different varieties of coffee they offer. There are so many choices. They have light roast, dark roast, latte, espresso, cappuccino, and everything in between. Sometimes it might seem easier if they served my everyday coffee without so many choices. But choices make the experience special and expose me to new possibilities.

There may be days when we would hope that other people would think like we do and react to life in the same way that we would. Plurality can bring tension, but it can also expand our understanding of life and new ideas. We learn from each other and life can be enriched because of these experiences.

Thank goodness for choices and the many special people that I learn from everyday!
